In the past year, Net de Gerrers has experienced continuing success and has further evolved its business model. As our real estate team has developed increasingly larger projects and expanded its pipeline, we have concurrently pursued initiatives in new investment markets, which are complementary to our legacy expertise in the Spanish property market. As a result, we are now positioned to offer our clients a more comprehensive set of advisory solutions in related private markets such as infrastructure and venture capital.

From our perspective, we remain enthusiastic about the Iberophone (Spanish- speaking) market. It is the world’s fourth largest economic block and yet offers an under-recognized set of investment opportunities. At NdG, we are committed to serving institutional investors who seek to expand their portfolio diversification by capturing the cross-border investment opportunities, which are unique to this large, multinational, and prosperous region.
